Real Murders (4.5/5)

Real Murders (4.5/5)

First in a mystery series, Aurora Teagarden is a librarian who has created the "Real Murders" club, where members research and discuss actual murders.  This club takes a devious turn when murders begin happening in their small town.  Aurora begins to investigate the murders with help from her two potential love interests: Arthur, a cop, and Robin, a mystery writer.  Good mystery and good characters, I will continue reading this series.

  1. I love this series. Unfortunately the author hasn't updated it in a while -- I guess because the Sookie Stackhouse vampire series is so popular right now.

  2. It was a good read and I have #2 in my TBR pile. I like the Sookie books better (I'm on #6 of those books) but I like the Aurora book better than the 1st in the Shakespeare series.

  3. Glad you liked this one. I've wondered if the author's other series are worth reading. I'll have to give this one a try.

  4. Sookie is still my favorite but I've like all of her others enough to continue reading them.
