Eleanor is a quirky, socially awkward woman at the beginning of the book, with a scarred face and a lonely life. As the book progresses, readers will realize that there is more to Eleanor than meets the eye. Eleanor struggles with bad stuff from her past, fitting in with co-workers and trying to find her happy ever after. By the end of the book, readers will be rooting for Eleanor and her happiness.
