Kindle
I bought a Kindle and it was delivered Monday. I really like it so far. I have read 2 Sookie Stackhouse short stories, downloaded several free books and bought one--Wolf Hall, which is costing over $20 at Barnes and Noble.
Wow, I am impressed. Two books already! How does it compare to reading a paperback? Does it feel like a comfy friend? I am still on the fence about these. Wish one would come out that could display color pictures and offer college texts. Now, that would push me off the fence!
I borrowed a coworker's for the afternoon to try it because I was on the fence too. It does not feel like reading on the computer, which was my big concern. I have only BOUGHT 2 books--I've downloaded about 15 or 20 free ones. I like that :-) It feels like reading a book and so far I'm really liking it.
